Stanford University Knight Hennessy Scholarship Details

The Knight Hennessy Scholarship at Stanford University offers students the chance to excel in their chosen graduate program while engaging with a diverse community of scholars. As a Knight-Hennessy Scholar, you will join a global network of outstanding individuals dedicated to academic excellence, leadership, and making a positive impact.

Requirements for the Knight Hennessy Scholarship

The Knight Hennessy Scholarship is open to applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of age, college, field of study, or career goals. To qualify, you must:

1. Apply, be accepted, and/or enrolled in a full-time graduate degree program at Stanford University.
2. Meet at least one of the following conditions:
   • Apply to both the Knight Hennessy Scholarship and a full-time Stanford graduate program, with both starting in the same year.
   • Have already been offered admission to a full-time Stanford graduate program (deferred), and apply to the Knight Hennessy Scholarship to start both in the same year.
   • Be a current Stanford graduate student applying for a second full-time graduate program, with both starting in the same year.
   • Be a first-year Stanford PhD student applying for the Knight Hennessy Scholarship to begin in your second year of the PhD program.
3. Have completed an undergraduate degree since January 2018.
